Dear BAYS Parents and Coaches,
I am excited to be taking this year’s BAYS Portraits again! Please read thoroughly to learn about updates for this year’s setup.

In an effort to alleviate some of the gameday stress, photos will be taken during the week before your respective practices inside the Concession Stand building. Coaches and parents, please arrive on time for your scheduled timeslot. There is some small overlap for a handful of your photo timeslots and practices, but it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes away from those practices, as we will have more than one photographer on site. I know that 5:15 timeslot will be pushing it for some of you because of work, but don’t worry, we will get your player photographed when they are able to arrive.

** Team Photos will be put together as a composite of individual player photos this year, so you don’t have to stay for a team photo. This will not only expedite the process for everyone, but also create an opportunity for anyone who has to miss their photo day to take their photo at any point during the week!

** VERY IMPORTANT - Parents…please have your child’s photo taken even if you aren’t planning on purchasing photos so that we can put together a full team photo for the league, parents, and players who would like one.

If you aren’t able to attend your scheduled day/time, you can come any time that week to take your photos. Since there are 4 evenings available to attend, there will be no additional photo/makeup days. All players should arrive dressed in their full uniforms, and you will receive an ordering gallery within 1-2 weeks to choose your packages. NO PREPAY NEEDED!

So, in a nutshell…arrive 15-30min. before your normal practice time, head to the photo table, have your player’s individual photos taken, and then be dismissed for practice!
