About Our U4 Academy

Our U4 Academy is an introduction to soccer designed especially for 3-year-olds. At this age, we don’t form official teams because little ones can be unpredictable. Instead, all players will practice together in one large group. For the 2025 season, we will have 2 options: Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45pm.  On game days, we’ll use pinnies to create balanced teams, ensuring equal playing talent and fun for everyone.

Parent Involvement
Parent participation is absolutely necessary during practices. A coach will lead the session, but parents play a key role in helping guide the kids and reinforce instructions. Many of our U4 players haven’t yet attended school, so stepping onto a soccer field can feel big and overwhelming. With your support, they gain comfort and confidence.

Game Days
On game days, players will have the chance to showcase what they’ve learned and begin gaining independence. Parents will typically cheer from the sidelines, while assigned coaches guide the teams on the field. Occasionally, we may ask a parent to step in and “coach” for the day if needed.

Our Approach
We never push kids at this age—we want them to discover the joy of the game. Families are encouraged to let their child participate at a pace that feels right for them. Our goal is simple: to build confidence, have fun, and spark a lifelong love for soccer.
